  28. Please state if you want a HD installable version as this demo can only be played 
  29. from floppy and will not take advantage of extra drive. If you have internet address 
  30. please supply it and I'll send you a full version this way. This program, as well as 
  31. its full version, require more than 1 meg of memory if you only have 512k chip mem. 
  32. It should, but it doesn't mean it will, with 1 meg chip systems as I only could test 
  33. it on my a500 4.5 meg and a4000.

  66. Recent long range scans of the neutral zone indicate lower then usual Veratrine 
  67. activity. Although according to recently signed treaty it is illegal for us and the 
  68. Verterians to enter the neutral zone without each other's approval but there was an 
  69. unspoken agreement allowing limited access of both parties to that economically 
  70. important region of space. Depletion in their trading activities seem to confirm the 
  71. rumours of political rest
  72. within the empire and creates a unique opportunity for our forces to finally break 
  73. up the empire and restore the balance of power in the galaxy. Central Command has 
  74. already send 2nd and 5th Assault division to outpost 325 as well as 10th marine 
  75. group 
  76. to starbase 754. Olgoron, a 5th planet of the Alpha Centauri system will be used as 
  77. intelligence centre for operations. Nearby Nebula will act as an effective 
  78. camouflage 
  79. and protection against Verterian long range scanners. Since you are one of the most 
  80. promising pilots in the fleet you are being send to Battle cruiser Defiance which 
  81. currently is stationed at the edge of the neutral zone. After arriving at Defiance 
  82. you will serve under command of Admiral George D. Orwell who is distinguished member 
  83. of Starfleet
  84. command. Remember, the very existence of our civilization depends on this one so we 
  85. have to win it and may the force be with you, always.

  87. During the course of your mission you'll be flying various crafts but they all share 
  88. common controls. Rightmost radar shows what's behind you while leftmost is used for 
  89. tracking objects infront front of you. Here is a summary of keys
  90.  
  91. S - Causes a distortion is space-time continuum by releasing  by releasing large 
  92. amount of energy and effectively places you in a slight different position.

  94. H - Activates hyperdrive and transports you to the next waypoint.
  95.  
  96. L - Locks onto a target.
  97.  
  98. M - Show a map and most importantly shows a number of enemy ships in sup space. 
  99. Remember you have to destroy all ships before proceeding to next waypoint.

  101. +/- - Sets the speed of the craft.

  103. ESC - Ejects you from your ship.

  105. The rest of displays are rather self explanatory and they include shield and laser 
  106. display, enemy status (when lock is activated).
